Made by LE Smith and has an etched floral design on one side.
Vase has two handles, is on a pedestal and has a ruffled edge.

In good condition - no chips or cracks.
Measure Approximately 8" Tall - 2 1/2" Diameter Top 5 3/4" Diameter excluding handles
