    The True TSSU-60-12M-B sandwich/salad unit is 60 inches wide, with 12 clear polycarbonate food pans located on the left side of the countertop. The right side is left open for use as a food prep space or for equipment storage. The hood and lid positioned over the food pans are made out of stainless steel and insulated with foam to help with temperature regulation and condensation prevention. The white polyethylene cutting board runs the length of the unit to offer another food prep surface.  This True food prep table uses forced-air refrigeration powered by a 1⁄3-HP compressor and a sealed, self-lubricating fan motor.
