    Description

    This black amethyst vase was made by L E Smith Co, probably in the 30's.  The amethyst shows when you hold it to a strong light.  It is 6 7/8" tall with a tri corner top.  There is a bit of roughness on the rim, where the top plain glass meets the impressed nymph design.  There are no cracks or chips.
