    Description

    Clinohedrite, hardystonite fluorescent minerals, Franklin, NJ.  Hand-sized specimen of hardystonite matrix, with willemite, a rich face of clinohedrite, plus andradite and franklinite.  Fluorescent orange, blue, and green in shortwave UV light; the clino fluoresces pretty well under longwave UV also.


    Cabinet specimen, measures 4 inches x 3 1/2 x 2 3/4 inches, and weighs 2 pounds 15 ounces.
