    Description

    Beautiful etched blue Calcite with limestone matrix. Fantastic color on this little specimen.
    The Calcite does not react under UV light like some I have but the Limestone matrix does, it fluoresces a bright white/yellowish color under long wave UV.
    From Mexico.
    15 grams.
    1-1/4" inches in length.
    NOTE!
    I used a long wave (365nm) UV convoy2  with a band pass filter flashlight for most of the UV images, you will need one to or one comparable.
